RōvnREADINESS 2026 · Q2

Healthcare workforce readiness — finally legible.

One screen tells you who can start, who can practice, who can bill — and what only a named human can decide.

The problem · daily RōvnREADINESS 02 / 12
Why this exists

Credentialing coordinators don't lose deals to bad providers.
They lose them to unanswered questions.

  • 1 The morning scramble. Who can start this week? Who is blocked? Eight tabs, three spreadsheets, two CVO logins, one Slack thread — and still no clean answer.
  • 2 The 90-day cliff. A license, a DEA, a CAQH attestation expires. Nobody sees it until it blocks billing. Revenue stops before the email gets sent.
  • 3 Source-of-truth blur. Symplr says one thing, the payer portal another, Excel a third. The committee asks "is she clear?" and nobody can answer in under twenty minutes.
  • 4 Audit dread. JCAHO PSV, CMS recoupment, state board — the evidence exists across five systems. Building the packet takes weeks. The chain is unprovable.
  • 5 Tool fatigue. You don't need another EHR, another ATS, another credentialing committee. You need the answers your existing systems already contain — just legible, by 8 a.m.
  • 6 The cost. Industry average: 78 days to credential a direct-hire RN. Every day = ~$1,400 in lost billable productivity per provider.
The six questions RōvnREADINESS 03 / 12
What every credentialing director needs answered before 8 a.m.

Six questions. One screen.

Rōvn Readiness is built around the six questions that govern your roster every morning. Every other surface on the platform exists to answer one of them.

What only a named human can decide?

Three Clear-To states are kept separate, on purpose. Start, Practice, Bill never collapse — because a single provider can be clear for one and blocked on another, and the operator needs that distinction visible at a glance.

Operator command surface

One scan. Eight seconds. Then back to work.

Live · passport.rovn.to/readiness Rōvn Readiness homepage
  1. 1

    Operator-neutral hero

Three counts, one sentence: decisions waiting · items Rōvn surveyed · expirations this week.

  2. 2

    Six-question summary

Start · Practice · Bill counts side-by-side. Expiring · Rōvn surveyed · Decide right beside them. No translation needed.

  3. 3

    Do these today

Six rows, max. Named human required. Every row carries source + freshness + receipt inline.

  4. 4

    Rōvn work log

Calm teal lane: verified · refreshed · detected · drafted · routed. Visible, never loud.

  5. Wired to your readiness data

Same screen, your numbers. Counts, decisions, expirables, log — all populated live from your roster once the BAA is signed.

The product · sources RōvnREADINESS 05 / 12
Source systems prove the facts

14 adapters. Honest labels. No invisible AI.

Live · passport.rovn.to/readiness/sources Rōvn Readiness — sources adapter visualization

Every Clear-To fact traces back to a source rail. Each adapter shows its honest status: Live, Sandbox, Configured, Manual review, or Stale. No silent downgrades.

  1. Live · 6 adapters · signed receipts since 2026-05-25

NPDB, Nursys (51 states), DEA, OIG/LEIE, SAM.gov, Aetna — production reads, every fact receipt-bound and hash-linked.

  2. Sandbox · 2 adapters

Persona, Checkr — staging credentials, awaiting production keys. Surfaced as blockers, not hidden.

  3. Configured / Manual / Stale

NPPES, BCBS, Cigna/Humana/UHC configured. FSMB PDC + ABMS run as human PSV until adapters ship. Stale flag = needs operator action.

The product · audit chain RōvnREADINESS 06 / 12
Replayable evidence

Every fact, hash-linked. JCAHO-ready by default.

Live · passport.rovn.to/readiness/tracer Rōvn Readiness — audit Tracer / hash chain
  1. Chain integrity, verified

Every receipt links to the prior receipt by SHA-256. Blocks signed in groups, stored S3 Object Lock · WORM · 7-year retention.

  2. Four-tier depth labels

Attested · Processed · Verified · Approved. No fact ever drops a tier. Auditors replay any decision and see which tier produced it.

  3. Export packs

One click: CMS recoupment defense pack, JCAHO PSV evidence pack, block replay. Receipts ready for counsel, not coordinator-built.

What Rōvn does · what Rōvn never does RōvnREADINESS 07 / 12
Doctrine — locked, procurement-safe

Rōvn reads. Source systems prove. Humans decide.

Rōvn does

  • Reads from your credentialing, payer, and monitoring systems via signed, receipt-bound adapters.
  • Synthesizes Clear-to-Start, Clear-to-Practice, Clear-to-Bill from the underlying facts.
  • Detects drift — expirations, sanctions, payer terminations — before they block billing.
  • Drafts the next action: renewal reminders, committee packets, audit exports.
  • Prioritizes what needs a named human, with receipts attached.

Rōvn never does

  • Never hires, rejects, or credentials a provider. The committee owns those decisions.
  • Never privileges anyone or signs MEC actions on behalf of a human.
  • Never declares billable — only synthesizes what your source systems already say.
  • Never files payer enrollment, NPDB queries, or FCRA notices on its own.
  • Never replaces your CVO, ATS, EHR, or credentialing committee.

Every regulated decision in Rōvn carries a named human, a typed reason, and an audit receipt. This is the line a hospital General Counsel reads on the first call. It does not move.

Daily-use design

Calm at 8:00 a.m. Still calm at 2:30 p.m.

Inbox zero · what success looks like Rōvn Readiness — inbox zero state
  1. No colored row fills

Color appears only on dots, thin rails, and primary action buttons. Red is reserved for real blockers.

  2. Density toggle

Operators can flip Comfortable ↔ Compact per their workflow. Setting persists.

  3. Evidence quiet, not hidden

Source + freshness + receipt on every row, in muted mono. Auditable in two clicks.

  4. Inbox zero is a small win

When nothing waits on you, the page says so. Rōvn is still reading sources in the background.

Audit posture

What we never say

Not HIPAA-certified (no authority issues a HIPAA certification). Not SOC 2 certified yet. Not NCQA CVO certified. Not Joint Commission validated. We are HIPAA-aligned, BAA-available, and audit-ready.

Why this matters

NCQA Ideal Credentialing 2024, JCAHO PSV enforcement, and CMS recoupment risk all push the market toward exactly what Rōvn already does: receipts, depth labels, continuous monitoring.

What we're asking for RōvnREADINESS 11 / 12
Design partner pilot

One quarter. Free. Your roster. Our build.

What we ask from you

  • One champion — a credentialing director or CNO who is the daily user.
  • One BAA — signed before any PHI moves. We bring the template.
  • Your roster, imported the day the BAA is signed — `POST /readiness/import/roster` is a production endpoint as of 2026-05-25. Up to 50 providers from your existing credentialing files.
  • 30 minutes weekly for 12 weeks — onboarding, design review, sharpening.
  • Honest feedback — what works, what doesn't. We rebuild on it.

What you get

  • The full platform — Readiness, Sources, Tracer — for your roster.
  • Two source adapters wired live — typically Nursys + your payer of choice.
  • JCAHO + CMS evidence packs — built once, exportable forever.
  • Direct line to the founder — Slack channel, 4-hour response.
  • Earned pricing — paid-pilot terms set with you, based on what your data actually shows.
  • First customer logo rights — featured (with your permission) on launch.

Cohort size: 5 design partners total for the 2026 Q3 launch cohort. Selecting now. The product is already running in production — backend, audit chain, and import endpoints all live as of 2026-05-25. Send the roster Friday, sign the BAA, live by Monday.

Next step RōvnREADINESS 12 / 12
If this is the season

Let's see if your roster can answer the six by Friday.

30-minute call. Your screen, your roster, your committee's pain. We show what changes by the second week. No deck, no spreadsheet, no slides.
"The right credentialing tool is the one your credentialing director still wants to open at 2:30 in the afternoon." — Operator feedback that drove this build, 2026-05-25
